We have developed a container energy storage system with integrated EV charger for fast deployment, mobility, energy efficiency, risk and safety of fire, reliability and control of electrical grid instability and power loss. All integrated into one unit.
When installing EV charging stations at specific locations the operator incurred a great capital of investment if there is no traffic flow, the investment is usually lost, and it is unrecoverable.
We have come to a solution of rapid deployment of EV chargers specially in remotes areas such as highways. This solution can be lowered into the location fixed on the floor or operated from a container chassis.
It can be installed in paved car parks, or temporary car parks.
It can be moved from one location to another.
Micro grid battery energy storage systems BESS
This battery energy storage system, consist of a cluster of batteries, bidirectional power conversion system (PCS), battery management system (BMS) energy management system (EMS), fire control system, lighting system, dynamic ring control system, access control system, isolation transformer. System status monitoring through application and internet constitute a comprehensive protection system integrating electrical safety, usage monitoring, functional safety, and data analytics.
Power ranges from 215KWh up to 3MWh hours in a standard TEU (20-foot container) and it is scalable and modular, being able to connect several containers into one larger energy storage requirement.
The advantages of a container energy storage system are fast deployment and installation, standardized and prefabricated design, reduce construction cost, minimization of safety risks caused by different operators. It meets the applications of regional power grid such as peak regulation, frequency regulation, voltage regulation, emergency response and new energy demand and consumption, and ensures stable and reliable power operation with zero down time.
Commercial DC source fast EV charging station
Can be equipped with 1 or 2 charging guns, with output power from 60kw to 320kw, which can charge most EVs to 80% in
15 minutes. Suitable for architecture from 300volts to 1000 volts EVs.
It is compatible with alltypes of EV currently on the market and complies with ccs type 1, ccs type 2, GB/T, CHAdeMO for
all regions in the world.
Sterilization of seeds using microwave technology free of water and solvents
Some edible organic seeds cannot be sterilized or clean once harvested from the fields using traditional methods of washingwith water.
There is no need for other liquid solutions to be purchased independently from us in other to clean and sterilized the seedsfrom pathogens.
We use microwave to kill pathogens and bacteria such as Salmonella, E coli and listeria, Our machine has state of the arsensors for tunning the temperature, time, and microwave power of the process.
Our team has spent thousands of hours in testing the correct environment to efficiently kil bacteria whilst maintaining thenutritional property of the seeds.
It is also NsF accredited which facilitates our customers for an FDA safe product, We take all the necessary testing andvalidate the efficiency of our application by using international standards. Ensuring the material used to build our machinesare food safe.
